5 stars: I'm a seller and this app has made the process much easier! I can easily keep track of confirmed appointment. I can see all the feedbacks too. I highly recommend you use it if your realtor sends it to you!!!
3 stars: It's a little too basic. A big improvement would be to sort and display the appointments in order of date and time.

3 stars: Surprised there is no option, or a better way, to organize showing, for example changing the order, etc. Also, why can't we access alerts /messages that were deleted?
