5 stars: How come I cannot login in to my account. It always gives the msg
5 stars: Update: customer care has fixed the problem with consolidated account. Doesn't work, can't add rfid account due to invalid or not registered when it is working fine in the old Easytrip app. I liked the old one simple and straightforward.
4 stars: Current functionalities work for me. Although it would be better if you retain the login session if it's just the for the same device so that we don't need to input our login credentials everytime we open the app. Also we don't need traffic notifications as it only floods our phone's notification center. Just retain them in the homepage. Thanks
3 stars: It's a decent app. Just a bit more polish I think. There were times when making an account that the keyboard overlaps with the text box which makes me not see my input. And also the updates flood my notifications. I wish that there would be an option to turn off just the traffic updates. But when I turn off post notifications off the low balance notif also turns off. A suggestion would be to add a toggle for the traffic notifications
3 stars: EDIT: Sign up is difficult. 'Next' button is blocking the input box. Other buttons too (the keypad pushing it on top of it) and sometimes left in the middle of the screen after I pulled down the keypad. I thought the otp will be sent to mobile but in my email instead. I finally registered my account and features are quite helpful. Thanks!
