5 stars: As a vegan I was a little wary at first, but pleasantly surprised to find healthy vegan recipes on this app! As a household of 2, we don't always get to use things sold only in bulk, but this app offers recipe ideas to waste nothing. I'm very happy with it!
4 stars: For wanting to focus on things that you use regularly or want new ways to use what you have and don't want to waste a store trip, this app is great. It gives alternatives, it gives options, it gives new ways to use leftovers. I have enjoyed itnfor a time now. I give it a 4 because sometimes things crop up in French only, but not obstructive or where you can't figure it out.
3 stars: This app is such a great idea, the ui is easy to use and it's well built. But I don't feel like it was made for me at all. I'm guessing it's European based (and that's fine!) but it leads me to having only about half of the listed foods, then having other foods I consider important left out. I feel like if the app was localized it'd be magic. The recipes are good; I just wish I could get real use out of it.
3 stars: Magic Fridge has some good recipes that I haven't seen on other websites. However trying to get to those recipes is a little difficult. You click something as common as milk and nothing comes up, but you click a different ingredient and a recipe that requires milk pops up. Its quite confusing. Good concept, needs some polishing.
