3 stars: It would be nice if there was a parent version of the app so that we could suggest books for our kiddos or listen to their readings etc
3 stars: This app works well at times, but other times it is very frustrating. My child will be going through an exercise and then the app will freeze up and not let us proceed any further. This is frustrating for anyone, let alone a child trying to learn. The work is, at times, far too repetitive and again makes for a frustrating experience for the user.
3 stars: The kids earn stars through reading assignments and can purchase things in the rocket room. However whenever they make a purchase it will take away what was perviously purchased and the app makes them repurchase it... eg., they bought the cupcake plant and then purchased a glow in the dark plant... the app takes away cupcake plant and makes the kids rebuy it... lame
4 stars: I used to use this app in elementary school and came across it in the app store! I'm not sure if there are any bugs in the game currently but it was so much fun when I used to play it. It encouraged me to read more as it rewarded me with stars to buy things for my rocketship
4 stars: We use this for my son (currently in gr 1). It's a great tool! I do think that it's too easy to level the kids up. I think there should be a way for the parent (or teacher) to approve the level up before they can begin reading the next level.
