3 stars: I love shopping with H\u0026B as the products are good and the prices too, with regular offers as well! The website, from a mobile phone, isn't great and jumps around. Also, the handling of discounts is very unclear at checkout (and I'm an accountant)
3 stars: I agree with other reviewers that the app never keeps you logged in - you're constantly having to re-enter login details. I also feel I'm missing out as you send points vouchers with the rewards for life voucher which aren't supported on the app? This would encourage me not to use the app as the points you can collect are better using a browser login. Can you advise if / when points vouchers will be accepted on the app? Thanks.
5 stars: Honestly surprisingly excellent app for a non-technology company? The fact that you can turn basically any of their products into a subscription with no additional effort is just the best \ud83d\udc4c
4 stars: Ordering was easy but app did seem a little slow at time of use even though my signal strength was excellent. lots of choice \u0026 options. Well worth using if you are ordering a few items.
4 stars: if has improved a lot, but still some problems with saving details and scrolling across, from basket back to the product. you can't select the product to view it again from the basket, you have to come out of it
3 stars: Very awkward to sign in and even difficult to use a discount code. Products are good and worth the perserverance of using the website
