4 stars: A little difficult to determine the exact locations of each of your stores on the map; I always have to zoom way in to figure out which street each of the markers is on, and then zoom back out to find the area I want. Then zoom in again, etc...
5 stars: Convenient \u0026 Easy. I'd add a popup that lets you know what the wait time would be if wanting to cancel the appointment time. That way you have the option of changing your mind.

5 stars: App is useful for showing all locations near me including reasons why a particular location is unavailable. The staff at the 2 locations i've been to have always been friendly and helpful. Even during this pandemic they're demeanor hasn't changed they are still the friendly and caring staff. Overall a great place
