5 stars: It's great for international travel. It's been my primary US phone number for several years. The calls are only as good as my cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Texting is not it's best feature. It works but it's clumsy and awkward. I also wish The search access to my contacts was better. All in all I like the app very much and plan on using it going forward.
5 stars: We use it for the business and it's great. Love that it rings on all devices: my phone, the boss' phone and my laptop! I also love the voice-mail messages that you can read and refer back to easily by scrolling and not having to dial in to listen to every message until you get to the one you need to get to. The only thing missing is being able to send a fax to the occasional old school person who still uses faxing instead of email! 😒
4 stars: UPDATE: fairly good messaging app, just needs reactions and message status, which could be achieved via RCS messaging integration. Video sending support, and inline Gif playing, would be nice. The recent updates have caused an issue where I'm unable to exit a message thread using my phone's back button/gesture... I have to take the back arrow at the top of the app screen when causes the all app to close and have to be reopened.
