5 stars: This app is a powerful tool in the hands of learners of all ages from Pre-K (with assistance) and beyond! The latest updates to the recorder give everyone the opportunity to express themselves and share their voice in multimodal ways! The possibilities for creating Global connections through video response are endless! I would highly recommend the use of Flipgrid!
3 stars: This is a good app and I am required to use it by my school. But I think it could be improved. I'm not sure If it's on my end or not but the app often deletes my videos without asking me first. I would also love to be able to cut out some parts of the videos, not just the ends. Overall I would love some more editing options.
5 stars: Flipgrid is a gamechanger. It provides a safe space to empower student voice and choice while acting as a digital scaffold to support public speaking. This program captures beautiful artifacts of learning and acts as a digital scaffold for kids to find their voice and feel more confident speaking in public. The possibilities for creating transformations in teaching and learning are truly endless. If you can SAY IT, you can FLIP IT.
5 stars: I teach grade 1, and my students learned in no time how to use it (ok, with supervision). It brought us all together in the Covid time, and everyone is having so much fun! Thank you for an amazing app!
