5 stars: Still using the app but can see and feel a good difference. Lost 10 pounds so far by doing these workouts. I don't follow the meal plans but eating a healthy diet is a must to see good results. Also drinking plenty of water really helps! You can feel the sweat and burn while doing these workouts! Highly recommend for people who struggle to begin exercising. Fits well to your daily routine :)
3 stars: Day 18( Tear abs)\u002613( flate abs).it's an okay workout. this is definitely not an app for anyone who needs to lose a decent amount of weight or inches. I barely felt the workout using the (tear abs) so I decided to do flat abs as well. even doing both workouts back-to-back there's barely no burn. I'm planning on finishing out the 28-day cycles for both workouts. I'm hoping to see some results by the end of it.
3 stars: app itself is great. However since I downloaded this app, ads play on my phone no matter what I'm doing. (yes the app is closed even in the back ground. This even if the phone is not being used. It happens every 2 minn or so. I know its this app as its the app I've downloaded in quite a while.
4 stars: I installed app and got heaps of ads instantly popping up but like another person noted on here, i uninstalled then reinstalled app and no random ads. im on day 4 and so far i absolutely love this work out. My whole lower muscles are aching daily which tells me they are getting used properly. ive tried many apps but this one draws me back.
