5 stars: You did an excellent job with this update! I was amazed when I opened the app after a week—I almost screamed,
4 stars: A few niggly bugs, and wish it was easier to turn notifications on and off for a device. (Maybe an option to snooze notifications for 30minutes) Intermittently clicking on an event notification will take you to a different notification from days ago. Sometimes will start playing back from the start of the hour instead of the event time. Getting more features all the time but I would prefer refining the experience. Overall pretty good.
3 stars: Used to work fine. Now, white light doesn't enable in response to motion. It's just on all night after dark. We do not want the light on all night long, so we must disable entirely. It's very frustrating! Red LED also no longer configurable. On for some cameras, off for others. Recent update somehow
3 stars: This used to be great! It actually helped us catch thieves that broke into our store.....but the last few weeks it will not detect
2 stars: You keep adding the device and then you start over again even if you sign up and login. It is not intuitive. I finally managed to get this up and running with a 3rd party instruction. Also, the login stored in the app did not refresh properly until restart so the device was not visible, but the message was appearing that I added that. You need to improve this app.
