5 stars: Translate text with your camera the app is quick to fix when it breaks, it's easy to go back to the way it was before and it becomes smooth again after a few minutes of being down. this app helps every rider on the trip every day
4 stars: Generally better than the old app. Faster, smoother, more accurate map and driver location while moving. No more logging. Passengers are noticing faster transactions/booking. A few more refinements like built-in gcash/maya passenger payment, passenger pick-up location parameters(easier for the passenger)and accuracy, and it's sensitive to slower internet connection (the old app is better in handling the internet connection).
4 stars: please lesser the maximum kilometers for passenger picked ups specialy when you are in an Auto Accept mode. Sometimes the drop off modes was always loading most especialy in an pick/rush hours but other than it was smooth and quietly developed and upgrade not like the old Apps.
3 stars: There's a lagging and freezing problem on the drivers app that needs to be addressed to make it smoother for riders, and it should have a chatting system that needs to be included in future updates so it will be convenient for all bikers. Please make the passengers app to include their IDs for the bikers safety. I will make it five stars if you make this app better than the old one.
