5 stars: Very good simple and easy app
5 stars: This is the best abs workout app in the entire playstore.I already had a flat stomach and when when I did this workout I got really ripped abs in less than a week and people started complimenting my abs whenever I walk around shirtless ( I live in a boarding school). I only wish caynax could make a workout as good as this for other body parts as well.
4 stars: It's a really nice app with only one big mistake. It doesn't show how much calories you burned. I synced it to Google Fit but there is no way that I burn only 130 calories for a 30 minutes 'Hard level' workout. I think Google Fit tries to guess from the duration and my weight, but it isn't correct. Can you add this feature? I think this small change can make this good app GREAT.
5 stars: Have been using this app since 2015. Never let me down. Although I was inconsistent, during my early days of using the app in 2015 in two weeks I got the shreds, the abs lines really showed and the muscles cut and deep and since then the little abs I still have now is as a result of using the app often then. I'm downloading again. Let's go!
5 stars: I really like this app. Super simple to use. The only downside is that sometimes the count gets stuck and goes slow and later it tries to speed up and catch up. But otherwise brilliant app.
