3 stars: I uninstall and reinstall before every shift. Then there are no problems. Don't know why it glitches so often but it is a quick fix.
4 stars: Quick and simple to use. May need to pull farther away for the camera to focus and read the code, but it seems to read even when the code is only on a 1/4 of the indicated box. Reads the name, date of birth, and a checksum from the bar code, you match the name and date of birth and job done.
3 stars: Incase the app isnt working for you, i've been getting familar with the app and I tried a few things to get it to work. These are some things I tried. 1.After installing reboot/restart your phone. 2.Make sure you have a good internet/data connection. 3.If you scan codes one after another, after a few scans, the app codes that the app said were verified it will give errors. 5 stars: Scans properly and works as required. Does not save QR scans because that is NOT the function, it is simply to verify records are existent. You will have to save a pdf of your record directly from the provincial site source. Please keep in mind many reviewers are rating poorly without knowing the proper function of this app, or are simply being ignorant.
