4 stars: Overall the app is fine. But every now and then the app takes ages to start. It keeps showing the
4 stars: Bad application . Don't open qickely . i tried to open many times but failed then reinstalled the application in order to open with no response. I couldn't put my appointments . In addition to fake reservation by names and numbers especially at recent period.
3 stars: Please add a way to see the rating and feedbacks from patients. I have to check it from Vezeeta as a patient to see the comments which makes no sense. Those feedbacks are important for the doctors themselves to improve their performances. Also, the application is slow and buggy sometimes.
3 stars: Generally good Shows No Internet connection frequently even with good Internet speed with different providers Also sign you out every now and then without notice, i think with every update
2 stars: Quite discouraging,99% of patients that book don't turn up. There is need for the developer to add access fee no matter how small to discourage those who have no business booking an appointment from toying with the app. Moreever, clicking ' no show' should be taken over by the developer, you don't t expect me to be going to the app on daily basis to click ' no show' in a situation where 99% of the patients will fail to show up.
