5 stars: My previous problems have been resolved. Somehow the password I had in my records didn't work. I had to reset it. Also, I had selected the wrong type of plan. That's why the app refused to let me create an account.
5 stars: Updated software has made it very easy to navigate. It is appreciated by not only the ones who might have a little trouble navigating and for the ones who don't. Transparency and simplicity when it comes to health insurance is important.

3 stars: App doesn't indicate why login and password do not work... Then gives message that i have too many attempts. Worthless. Update - re-installed app and it seems to be working (fingerprint too)...
