3 stars: As of the beggining of March 2022, each update will delete reward points. I've lost 5 points that way. Knowing that, I try to use them before each update except now they expire at seemingly random intervals. I also don't get the notification they will expire soon anymore. Trying to contact or report the issue leads me to blank pages on both the app and website so I cannot even report the issue.

4 stars: The deals I get by paying attention to to the app are quite impressive! The biggest issue I have is that cell service inside all grocery stores is intermittent, therefore I use the WiFi provided by Safeway in each location. There is constant lag and constant issues with using the app while trying to shop. Please do better.
