5 stars: Update 15 Dec. Thanks for the action and I am getting back my favourite stickers! Update 15 Dec Been advised to update the app to version 2.7.6 but there is no approach to update, as the version in play store remains 2.7.5, and no option to update too. It seems that the problem is still not solved despite the update, that when I click on the sticker I still get the error message. Hope that this problem can be solved soon.
5 stars: I've been using Qoobee free stickers for a long time and I love it. I've just purchased a pack in order to support the developer. My problem is I can't add the paid sticker pack to whatsapp just like free stickers. It says

3 stars: Love the stickers and animated ones, Qoobee is very cute. However my purchases have not transferred over. On my old android phone I purchased all of the packs, yet on my new phone none of them came over and it wants me to buy them all again.
