5 stars: Now mind you this is an opinion from a first look point of view, but I do not see any negative aspects to the app and I believe that the students would rather have this than the old hard copy. It seems to be very user friendly and appealing to me as well. Again, this is just from an instructors point of view and I realize that pitfalls may arise, but Pearson really upped the anti with this app. It has excellent potential.
4 stars: EDIT: I was finally able to download and use the app. Unfortunately, you can't use the audiobook function without an active internet connection. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had nothing but frustration with this service. I purchased a book but it wasn't in my library. I used the live chat but it broke partway through. I tried to download my book finally and it wouldn't recognize my internet connection
3 stars: It's ok. It getsthe job done but you can't rotate the screen to horizontal?? This would be useful as some equations are just longer.
3 stars: It should scroll for me with the text. I should be able to move more freely in the audio than the chapter option or the 10sec option.
2 stars: Overall the app is fine other than how slow the UI responds when clicked into an eBook and the fact that you can't rotate your screen making it extremely unpleasant to view it on your phone especially Hibblers eBooks... One page it's on the left hand side and the next on the right 🙄
