3 stars: Really, you are going to make me click 484 times in order to enter my birthday? Please fix your bad UI and allow users to simply enter their birth date instead of using that obnoxious date picker widget.
3 stars: You are no longer able to order a Pasta Fresca with no cheese, you now have to order it in the side. You used to be able to do it. I don't even know how I would go about ordering it with parmesan instead of feta. Also the rewards program is not good, there is no notion of points or anything like that. There doesn't seem to be any connection between your past orders and rewards. It all feels very random.
3 stars: Like somebody else said the food is this company's only saving grace. Additionally it would be nice to get a non generic message back from the company. All the messages they send back to people are all the same. Very poor company management in my opinion. Don't be like McDonald's and every other restaurant. You guys used to be unique. But it is your business do what you want.
4 stars: I would love to enter my birthday, however it would take me over 700 swipes of the calendar to reach back to my birth date. Surely you can change this to a data entry method....
3 stars: I'm older and had to hit the calender 684 times to submit my birthdays! I think I deserve a free meal since my finger is sore and I burned all my calories for the morning 😉 Please fix this soon or people will just guve up.
