This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.

MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

•SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
•Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

5 stars: Very good initiative. It would be good to add cues at first launch to improvise user experience.
4 stars: Job well done. Faster clearance for sure tried and tested. Things to improve: The stability of the app. When coming back from JB, encounted app did not launch properly could not assess the main page at all.
4 stars: Stuck on the declaration pages , unable to go to next step , stuck with loading screen , please help fix this . Edit: it's already been fixed .
3 stars: It would be great if the app language itself is multilingual with at least 4 national language or, if not, with just addition of Chinese. Would be a lot more useful for those not English educated or prefer in those languages.
3 stars: Can't find the function to upload my particulars and my family's. Can't see any function to generate barcode too.
2 stars: App is good but after latest update, app kept on crashing. Scan, crash, scan crash, crash, scan. Hampir 7 Kali kau tau jebat!
