3 stars: 1) Should display car's color in driver's info for passenger to spot the car easily. It's not always easy to see car's plate number. 2) Should allow multiple stops. At least two stops. 3) Should allow passenger to give tip to driver through app, like Grab. No-tip feature is really a disadvantage to driver.
3 stars: I enjoyed using Mycar but there is only one problem which the promo code cannot be used. Before this, I used it more than twice per day. Please give back to customers the promo code
4 stars: Fares are reasonable compared to other e-hailing apps. Convenient. the only downside would be minor bugs with the app and it can sometimes be not so user friendly.
5 stars: Install this app because other rubbish app which monopolized the market here create hassle for me. Early morning book need to be paid using cashless method, already topup the wallet, but that rubbish app can't use the credit. Unbelievable for such rubbish giant.
3 stars: The application works as expected. But the notifications sent by mycar seems that are only in malay. I know this is a Malaysian application, and the majority speak malay but there are also foreigners using this application and we would like to understand the messages too
5 stars: Since grab suspended my account I using my car app. It good and easy than grab. Thanks my car, it was important to write your full address location, sometimes auto location is dificult for driver to find you.
