4 stars: The app is great, it's a huge benefit to be able to make adjustments via my phone. I like the ability to switch levels around for optimal sound in different situations. Only part that annots me is having to close the app to switch back to automatic when i have it on TV. The sounds will not revert to automatic without closing the app \u0026 reopening. Its a bit time consuming if im trying to quickly jump into a conversation.
3 stars: Having an Android, the program has been a challenge. Difficult pairing, it would be nice to be able to pair to bluetooth, phone calls etc. I use it with a Kirkland platform so they recommend the Apple product, mine is a OnePlus so Apple and Android really don't play well together. I wish there was an equal for my platform.
4 stars: Each morning I have reset the desired volume level. It never stays where it had been set the day before. Always opens at '9' have to reset to '5' each morning or after being recharged. But really enjoy the overall performance.
5 stars: Directional microphone is wonderful A+ ! Choice of programs is good. However, when I adjust the volume on my hearing aid it does not show on the app column scale.
3 stars: Not good. App does it's own thing and reverts to settings despite repeated attempts to change volume and conditions. Turns off randomly and needs reconnecting each time.
