4 stars: Needs a few things fixed. I have used this app in the past with no issues and loved it. It was fast, convenient and reliable. However, due to reinstalling it on a new phone and having the same log in issue as some other posters, perhaps consider fixing this? I did see you express your frusteration at some users with the lack of emailing you first. I did send an email only to recieve an error stating the address was incorrect. If you could perhaps update your contact information and fix this log in bug it would be greatly appreciated
5 stars: This app is a simple, easy to use way to track your benefits on the go. You log in through your state's EBT website, and then set a pin for easy access in the future. I've seen a lot of really dumb people post that you're giving out your EBT pin, don't let their stupidity deter you. The pin the app asks you to set is separate from your card and is how you log into the application.
3 stars: Keep running into issues where it says info has changed and to reset credentials at the menu. 1. There is no menu. 2. No info had changed. Have used this app for a long time, but need to change it seems. Updated:may be due to Oregon site
5 stars: I honestly just wanted to come up with a fake horrible experience with this app just so the ITWeRKS guy would get mad and talk smack about me prematurely giving 1* lol! Keep it up ITWeRKS guy I love it man....serious though the app seems to work well. If I could remember my SC eBT website
