When you first launch ZoomIt, a dialogue box will appear to let you set your preferred hotkeys or shortcut keys for the software’s main functions if you happen to find its default setting unnatural or uncomfortable. Of course, if you have no issues with ZoomIt’s preset hotkeys, then it is perfectly okay to just settle with that. After everything has been set, ZoomIt is ready for use. As it is not an intrusive tool , you will not see any open window on your screen as you do your presentation. Your screen will zoom in on your on-screen content and you can control its depth by scrolling up and down. Alternatively, you can also zoom in and out using the up and down keys on your keyboard. To navigate and focus on one part of your presentation, simply click on the area that you want a close-up of and ZoomIt will quickly jump to zoom in on that particular spot. You can also still adjust the zoomed-in image by pressing on your right mouse click and dragging it around until you find the perfect view. Once settled, left-click again to render the image frozen. Using another one of your hotkeys, ZoomIt can enter draw and type mode. These two features allow you to underline, circle, highlight words, and type in your own texts over the presentation without permanently applying those changes on your content.
