4 stars: Was working really well. great for the Bluetooth settings, allowing you to adjust bacjground / sound ratios. I did have to uninstall and reinstall once to get it working again.
3 stars: Keeps forgetting my hearing aids I have reintroduced them many many many times in o e day. And when it does remember I have to keep adjusting the volume since it forgets where it should be. So not worth it
3 stars: It works but the range of adjustments lacks granular detail. Also some of my settings do not hold after recharging. There are supposed to be four main programs including one that allows me to listen to music or podcasts through the hearing aids but they do not exist. I only have automatic and noise programs. Manual suggests repairing to correct this but that doesn't work either.
2 stars: I agree with many of the comments made to the problematic areas of this app. When it works, it's great, but more often than not, Bluetooth connection is spotty and reconnecting can be very difficult. My phone will tell me I need the app to complete the connection, although the app is installed and he Unitron shows the connection. Very frustrating that there isn't a better troubleshooting guide.
