3 stars: The app worked fine at first, but I seem to have bricked linking the account with my perner number. I probably shouldn't have linked it up but I misunderstood what the coupons were about and now it refuses to take payment since there are no coupons. There's no way to unlink the account and what if a qualifying person has no coupons? They would be unable to use the app to pay. Please fix this in your next update.
