5 stars: If you file a claim for a damaged phone you better follow-through with it because after 90 days if you don't pay the deductible for the tablet or phone, it will become UNINSURED 👿😡 AND YOU will be still be paying that monthly insurance charge as I did! Over all the service is excellent, My bill has never been under $100 with this company if you want the latest flagship phone every year that is how it comes out to be.
3 stars: This app was working perfectly fine when I got the new Samsung S21 ultra last month. I have scam shield and this app with no issues and would always show all my calls incoming and outgoing. This app was readily available upon calls. Now I can't even open the T mobile ID app and it is stating it's having trouble verifying my account on the t-mobile network. I really liked this app until this issue came along
3 stars: I hate this app every time it updates something gets screwed up on my phone, I am not doing well with changes these days so I, maybe, may not change company, but I am giving serious thoughts into purchasing a not T-Mobil cell phone. Sometimes a couple of dollars can bring some peace of mind. I use to have to call T-Mobil every month because there was an issue with their over charges, it was never less and they were always wrong.
