5 stars: Excellent shopping experience. Not only is the app user friendly, so are the staff at our local grocery. I have Parkinson so getting around shopping can be challenging and exhausting. Its wonderful to have this alternative.
4 stars: I had a simple order. Once familiar with the system it went well. I used a laptop so no compromise on finding items in a small screen. The only area I wondered if could be improved was the cost estimate. It stated it may cost more than stated price. It would feel more secure to know a possible % or range of this increase. Pick up went well also.
5 stars: Works perfectly, synchs with my ongoing browser order. I like it. And... both the app and browser versions save your cumulative order so you can build it on the fly, close and reopen as often as you like before ordering to add more items, and then complete your order. Bulk items are calculated in 1/4 lb. increments and you can save favorites to a personal reference list. Past orders are also accessible.
