4 stars: Functions good, quite fast and effective. Just a bit more English might make it more user friendly, specially for foreigners.
4 stars: Its mandatory to use this app to scan the QR code wherever we go yet it keeps on asking us to update the app. Lots of time it crashes too. It's also slow though it's helpful in checking the status of the area, or of us, per se. Vaccine certificates & test results are also integrated here which makes it feel like a 1 stop app for COVID. It would be lovely if there's a delete notification button tho in the notif tab
3 stars: The app didn't automatically update my vaccine status. After waiting for four days, I actually had to call 119 to ask them to update it. And calling that hotline number was not easy. I kept getting a busy notification. Lucky i didn't have to travel. Otherwise i wouldn't have been able to board the vehicle.
3 stars: It would be more lovely if you didn't delete the family check in feature tho. Cuz checking in from my own phone can be inconvenient sometimes especially when the internet connection is slow/I don't have any pulsa.
2 stars: It is not easy to load the vaccinations. I've had 4 but you can only see space for 3 to be entered. After that, a fourth option appears but I could not access ot. Despite loading details September 20, it is now October 2nd and my certificate results are still pending. Even though English was requested, only small sections are in English and there is nowhere on the rest o
