4 stars: Really nice app, making life much easier, the only problem is vouchers they are really rare and sending them late, after the offer is over. For example (Feed30) expired at 9:00 and I received it at 9:30 so what's the point of sending me an expired voucher!!!!
4 stars: Very good. Doesn't break down or use too much internet package. Restaurants are reachable no frauds or something like that happens. Most customer service of the app are also very helpful.. However, some restaurants take advantage of the app being just an online service and send faulty or not well prepared orders or missing items.. That's why checking each restaurant rating and comments is very important
4 stars: I would have given a 5 but the app still needs to provide so many improvements to the search options, like why do I even have to try 3 or 4 restaurants each time till I manage to find a restaurant that can accept to take my order? Why can't the app display only the ones that are taking orders at any given time and place? Is it that hard?
3 stars: Your support Email is out of service ?!There is address system error that occurs specifically as for Kentucky FC as the address is always fixed for the location of the first order only despite change of location in the subceeding new orders. The order info in the app is correct but it doesn't synchronise with KFC system. Therefore KFC receives the wrong fixed location ,however, your app displays it correctly.
