Neos SmartHome APK 3.8.3

5 stars: Excellent little camera for an amazing price. I have rarely had any issues with the app or my 2 Neos smartcams I have installed. When I have had the odd problem over the year or more since I purchased them, the support team have always been very prompt at solving any issues. I always highly recommend Neos to all my friends and family. 👍
5 stars: I have three cameras and all work great. Accessing them is easy from the app as was setting them up. Picture quality is excellent and impressed that I could zoom in. Gave my wife a scare with the built in Mic when I was at work. Have accessed the cameras from Tenerife keeping am eye on things no problem.
4 stars: Editing my original review regarding error 601. I can login and see my cameras just fine now. Thanks for the fast response regarding my review. I also had no idea there was a neos status page where you can check if the service is up...maybe add a link to that on the login page of the app so people can click it and quickly check? Thanks once again for the update, i can enjoy my vacation worry free again. Kresimir
3 stars: Still enjoying the Neos cam but getting some irritating noise detection events, even when noise detection is turned off. Resetting the noise detection slider to off and res-saving seems to stop the problem for awhile, only for it to return. I am considering upgrading to boost, and purchasing more cams but irritating issues like this make me quite wary.
