3 stars: I am having problem adding more than one gp number in my gp account. It would be better if you add the FAQ in your app so that we can solve our basic problems regarding this app.
4 stars: It's very easy to use and I really like it. However, it would be great if there was a dark mode for the app and widget.
4 stars: After the last update I can't link any account . I entered the link given in the message which was sent to my phone in less than 3 seconds but it always say link invalid or expired . Very bad☹️☹️
3 stars: Some options doesn't work as intended or at all. Like SIM replacement, shop. etc. Edit: Sim replacement takes unusually long to submit \u0026 process just within the app. Don't get why it would be though. Also a survey immediately pops up asking for review on Sim replacement service(which I didn't received yet).
5 stars: The MyGP app is relatively stable compared to its competitors and that's a good thing. Crashes are rare and the app's UI is very user friendly. All in all, its a good app for phones running a Grameenphone sim card. Future update ide
