5 stars: I was having issue getting my Samsung s21 to connect to the slacker tool. I emailed customer support and had a response and solution within an hour. I ended up having to put my phone into airplane mode, restarting the phone, then turning off airplane mode. I initially planned on only using this app as a display, but found the setup and notes section to be well laid out and comprehensive.
5 stars: I have been loving the tool for a year or so. I have had several contacts with John and found Motool to have great customer support and a willingness to implement suggestions and fixes. The new update had a bug and they jumped right on it. Good Job John.
