- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.

3 stars: The game is great and all but there is only one place unlocked which is disturbing. It would be better if you gave two options which is to by the full game or to unlock the full game for a limited time by watching an ad.
