4 stars: The app is finally getting much welcomed improvements! When the app first launched, it was many steps back from the old app 'Sunfleet'. But with frequently updates, the app has gotten practically better, and not just look good. I kind of love the no-key feature as well. Clean, intuitive and practical app! I would love to see some improvements to the service as well. But that's another topic \ud83d\ude0a
4 stars: Well thought through app and great service. Would give five stars if it was as easy as the rest of the app to change location when searching for a car. When the choices have been made and a selection is shown I have to go all the way back to modify any minor changes.
4 stars: After the confusion with the car pools around golive, I really like the app. Worked well on the first trip, a really integrated experience and easy usage. Only concern is the bluetooth usage - it's unclear how much you need to keep this turned on and I experience some battery drain even on short trips.
4 stars: Easy to use. Minus one star for always having to round-trip. Would be nice to go pool to pool although that might make things a little logistically challenging for M, but with the price they charge shouldn't be impossible to fit.
3 stars: Pros: Very convenient overall. Good cars. Cons: Expensive. They also block your account if the payment doesn't go through and send you a mail saying you need to fix it in the app (how if you blocked it?!), not a friendly approach.
