4 stars: The app is fine - I have no issues with it, the only thing I would say is it is a little bit basic. But otherwise totally fine!
3 stars: App is ok but you really need to sort out the annoying notifications which keep popping up constantly welcoming me to my hotel when im just about to leave the place and also telling me to check into my flight when the airline doesnt allow checkins!
4 stars: Did the job and helped organise a much needed family holiday. Could use offer a bit more help when you are on holiday with details about, transfers and flights not being updated if anything like you would expect these days.

5 stars: Handy to have, bit like the flight apps. COVID updates all in one place so that's a useful feature.
