3 stars: There are no help or directions as to what the symbols mean. There needs to \nbe a way to report back malfuntioning key pads or cycles.
5 stars: Just use it to let me know where the bikes are, which it does perfectly \nwell.
4 stars: The app works okay for me, but it requires Internet connection (either WiFi or cellular), there is no way to save the map for offline use. Also the map view is not the prettiest, but it does its job.
