Hirakana - Practice japanese APK 2.5.14

5 stars: I can't recommend this app enough! I've really struggled with katakana but now! It's sinking in so well! It makes you go over and over the material at the perfect pace. There's no adverts and it's all free. I love it. The app is easy to navigate too. I hate it when I can't find a back button or a home button. This app is perfect!
4 stars: I would prefer the option to either pick the romanji for the character instead, and also the option to turn off the romanji for the kanji portions to help the learner get used to the alphabets while also making it a bit more challenging. Otherwise, this is a great study guide for beginners and a great way to boost your reading and refreshing your knowledge for those who know a bit more.
4 stars: I love this app immensely, it has helped a lot and is worth 5 stars. However I gave it 4 stars for one single reason. When you get to the deeper training levels it starts to drag on a lot. I don't know what's up with the algorithm for picking how often an option is shown but I've seen training levels go on for several minutes all because the last symbol isn't brought up. Please fine tune this. Many thanks.
3 stars: Great memorization tool, but recently in the Hiragana game, it stopped recording answers so even if you made the correct selection, it reaches the end of the timer as if you haven't selected anything at all.
