3 stars: Great service. The app is horrible though. It won't start sometimes. I tried everything. Restarting, reinstalling. Nothing works. The phone is Galaxy A30s. Hope it gets fixed soon.
5 stars: Good service, convenient app
3 stars: Although the service from the drivers has always been good, the app itself is full of glitches which don't really seem to be fixed as I have the same issues today as I did 2 years ago.
3 stars: It doesn't show you the fare of the ride, so you don't know from the beginning, how much it's going to cost. Also, the operator said that, the first ride would be -2 gel, but it definitely wasn't! (if it was, then it was too expensive). The operator girl was very nice, but for me that ride showed, that it's another big bluff.
4 stars: It will be good to see the amount the rider is going to pay the driver, and not ask him or try to look for his phone in order to see the payable amount. That's really frustrating.. Also if somehow I forgot to click on cash payment instead of CC, there is no way to change it after ordering the taxi. Thanks
3 stars: Its a good app. but dont know why i could not see real time travelling and also no rates were shown while booking through credit card. not sure if it is a technical glitch.
3 stars: 5 minutes used to be the standard, but now I wait 45 minutes and am forced to use another service such as Yandex. I love GG, but no one can wait that long for a t
