5 stars: App is great and essay to use. But some time is late for take tickets as bus reach to next stop. And some time app is slow. Rest is ok. 5 start
4 stars: Great Citizen centric e-governance technology for buying tickets / passes in a seamless and comfortable way and also in tracking real time approximate location / availability of Buses of all categories. Need to further work upon bus timing / arrival issues and approximation of GPS to further ease and popularize the app for its optimal utilization by riders.
4 stars: It is a nice app, but it could have been better. Some suggestions, calibrate qr codes, even after scanning this app doesn't works properly in other busses, it only works properly on blue bus and in other busses we have to feed the bus route, for first tym bus travlers like me, who do not know about the routes is very difficult, I asked conductor they were like
3 stars: The Chartr app becomes useless after the last update. App unable to track the buses and it's showing bus coming but actually there is no bus at that time moreover sometimes it shows no bus in your location but you see actually information is completely incorrect. Initially i found this app very useful but now it's worthless. Thanks
