5 stars: Transitioning from weight lifting centr has provided challenging workouts with far less pain. Additionally, by the end of each workout I feel like I've pushed myself to the limits with far less time than I normally spend at the gym. To add benefit, centr is extremely convenient and mobile. Making fitness simpler than it used to be.
5 stars: Really well done app that is very functional. The grocery list function is invaluable for meal prep. Workouts are great and presented well. It's rare that I come across apps that I absolutely love from a user perspective but this is one for sure. The Centr program is also incredible. Best out there of the holistic fitness programs in my opinion. Keep up the good work
4 stars: Great overall health and fitness app. The recipes are excellent, you get the choice of having a coached workout or do it yourself. The videos show you how to do each exercise. I would like if you could sort the individual workouts better, like if I wanted to do chest and triceps and pick and choose from different sets you've made up.
4 stars: Your shopping list is lacking, particularly around the understanding that people have other things besides your recipes that they might want on the list. These things easy get unintentionally wiped when starting lists or removing recipes. Also, meditation is so much more than a new-agey stress ball. Your content in that area disappointing. Great workouts and recipes!
