3 stars: Edit: apparently there was an issue with certain banks that lasted for more than a week; however, the lack of communication and support with this matter was astounding. The deals/cash back is usually pretty good though Has disconnected my account and won't let me reconnect, keeps saying there's a technical error - for 3 days! Been a member for awhile now and never had so many issues
3 stars: I used to rave about this app and the service they provide however, it seems like I haven't been receiving any cash back since 2022 began. My last successful transaction was Dec 25,2021. I've tried refreshing my cards, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and specifically making a qualifying purchase just to test it. It use to be so great, not sure what happened.

5 stars: Great experience! It's amazing how reasonably quick over time you accumulate cash back! Had a glitch with a promo and it was all straightened out no problem with Support. Would recommend the app! Only hiccup I occasionally experience is the the bank accounts that are linked up need to be re connected. It sometimes gets a little annoying but that's about it. <
