5 stars: I have been playing for a little over a week now and enjoy the relaxation of this game. It allows for you to play at your own pace and complete what you have time for and come back when you can without penalty. I recently had an issue with my account losing the greenhouse I purchased. Not only did they respond in 30 minutes but quickly had a resolution for me and I'm up and running again. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
4 stars: Fun but I wish the areas were interactive like you could learn more by clicking on the books or even interacting with the magical creatures.
