4 stars: Solid 90s style jrpg. Characters are ok, if a little archetypal. Sprites are nice. Enemies could use a little more variety, less color swaps. Job system is also competent if forgettable. This game wont change your life, but if you dig the first 6 ffs, or trigger this is a completely acceptable stand-in
3 stars: Nice game totally reto. Skill setup is cool. Quit playing due to excessive ads. A floating banner no big deal, but a pop up redirect ad about every 3 encounters is a bit much. That is around one a min. Of course that feature didnt start till i advanced the storyline enough to be considered invested in the game. I assume this is a developer tactic to force buying the ad remove. That being said till that point i enjoyed the game.
5 stars: Amazing characters if i do gotta say! Love the style of the game and can tell you put alot of work into it. Overall my only issues is the dungeon lengths. Just a bunch og tunnels. Besides that the battles, story, and fun little tid bits are a pleasure.
4 stars: Game is fun but I'm not a fan of 2mins of dialogue begging for a review. The game is worth 5stars but the dialogue that I am forced to click through that has nothing to do with game progression, side quests, or character development...one sentence of humorous dialogue is fine. Keep dialogue simple and progressive. Incentivize grinding with % based increases as player grinds or up the number of times quests pop up during encounters.
