5 stars: Initially left a 1 star, team responded promptly and indicated that the bugs were fixed in the newest version. Needless to say newest version worked. Great work guys.
5 stars: The technical support team did an excellent job fixing my app issue. If this happens try and clear the app cache.
4 stars: Useful and convenient app; I wish it didn't take so long to load: It can take up to 2 seconds to load each package, which can be annoying when you have multiple or when there are other people in line behind you at the end of work day
4 stars: The app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled too often. Since my last review the app has made tremendous improvements. I have not had to uninstall the app in months.
3 stars: I had to remove this app and reinstall it because it downloaded with an incomplete format and finally one day it just stopped linking into rise. I could not pay assessments or check any of the websites for my building nor my management organization. After reinstalling it all these functions are present. I will see how consistently it remains on top of it's services.
