5 stars: I'm very impressed with this app. I had a totsl knee replacrment two months ago and find this hypnotherapy sucessfully reduces the pain I feel.
3 stars: I've only spent $ to change the settings, so I'm only using the free track. I haven't noticed relief in my a.m. (fibromyalgia/arthritis) stiffness/achiness, but I sleep better. 5 stars: Inexplicably amazing. It really did work for me. I never, ever buy apps, but I bought this one. I also bought their quit smoking app. Haven't had a cig in 9 days, and the urge was completely gone after day 7. These people are doing something right!
4 stars: It really helps to alleviate pain during the night, to promote restful sleep. Use it at least once per day for at least 30 days to start feeling the relief. It does work wonders.
