3 stars: No gas bill from 5 months while my connection has started from 28th May. Today I called to query about my bill, i surprised my connections are not active in their system. I submitted current reading after get confirmed my meter reading from them but they submitted with wrong. today, i made 4 calls 2 calls are hanged by executives and 2 calls attend. In last call they said they fixed this issue but i don't get single text from them.
3 stars: I can't change default account.. I have 2 adani connections.. One at old home and one at new home. I have temporary disconnected connection at old home. But in mobile app , by default it is taking the old connection only. I can't set new as default connection. Please solve this issue in mobile app. Thanks
2 stars: It doesn't open with user ID & password. One has go for bill payment as a guest. Needs to update the app for convenience of customers.
