4 stars: It works alright I guess... For the most part, it doesn't really take longer than using a fob would, but it does take time to adjust. I would appreciate a Samsung Watch app, as that would make it easier to open doors with and not have to carry my phone in hand in preparation to open the slew of gates and doors at my complex.
4 stars: When selecting locks/rooms to share with someone, there needs to be an option to select all, I hate having to click every single door in a multi unit when sharing with service people. Also, when sharing access via email, if access overlaps with previously shared access in time or units selected, it stops you from sharing and doesn't offer a solution like an option to overwrite the previous access.
3 stars: 2020: For the past few weeks, the app is extremely slow to load on my device. This causes just enough lag time when trying to enter a gate or door that it's very annoying. Edit: 2022 and this is still bad. App is buggy, hardware doesn't read the device consistently, and this is still tremendously inconvenient versus a keypad, fob, or physical key.
2 stars: Too many bugs and issues using the standard blue tooth settings. The NFC is unreliable and comes and goes away often. Don't offer Beta versions with unresolved bugs please. Takes me more time to open doors with this than the faub and key.
