5 stars: The content, the format, the idea of it all is 5 stars. Confirms some stuff I already recently learnt from RIE method, really interesting and different from what I was raised on. Sounds cheesy but if there is one skill that can change the world, parenting is the one. This app opens the gate. I can really get behind the creators, I think they are doing the most important work out there.
5 stars: The past few weeks I have become the greatest advocate of this app - The short lessons are straight to the point and make a great difference in so little time on all relationships in the family - with my husband, daughter even parents in law! I love it and continue using it daily - listening and getting more and more understanding and tools for relationships. Plus I love the scientific approach of this! Great app.
5 stars: I'm extremely impressed! This is exactly what I was looking for when going to counseling with my husband, but it didn't really help us. I feel like the information/lessons in this app have already helped much more than actual counseling ever did. Teaches us skills and emotional regulation, how to bond with each other and our kids, etc. Only takes a few minutes a day. Best app ever!
