5 stars: I have used homestars for about a year now. It has been great for providing clients and reviews for our company. The software and service has been good also. I recommend using homestars for business and finding clients. Inspectrite Homes
4 stars: good functional app. but unfortunately sometimes the notification of new leads comes very late or not at all, which really hurts the customer experience as well try to call clients immediately within minutes.
4 stars: Great customer support. I am just a little unhappy with the leads. Some leads don't even respond to my email, which is weird as clients only get 3 contractors... I will see what happens in the next few months.
3 stars: Could be better. The app is OK, it's fairly slow. Clicking on reviews takes up to 5-6 seconds to load the page. In this day and age, that's really not acceptable for an app. It's a bit cumbersome and lacks user friendliness. I expect more.
